This figurehead in C2 services provides specific technical assistance to developers. Although 1-more-thing participates actively and voluntarily in discussion forums, certain issues require a level of expertise and time for research that makes it difficult to solve in a free and public environment.

C2 QuickExpertise helps you solve a problem in a twinkle, and therefore not to waste time.

If you need assistance by C2 QuickExpertise, just explain your problem using the form or by e-mail. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as one of our technicians has taken note of your message, and we will decide together as to how we organize our intervention (e-mail, telephone, IM, video-conference…) You may also decide on a maximum amount to spend on a specific issue, as well as decide on howyou want to receive the result (simple written or oral explanation, or creation of a demo file...) to reduce costs.

1-more-thing is committed to a result.If we think, right away, that your question is not specific enough or -less frequently- has no answer, or if we do not have the availability to respond in a timely fashion, we will let you know immediately and make no deduction on your time-credit.

Fee schedule

The standard hourly fee is 90 €/hour (excl. VAT) in increments of 30 minutes. The first half hour is charged 50€ (excl.VAT). You can order your time-credit in anticipation of further questions to optimize cost.

All amounts above are in euros and excl. VAT (VAT is 21% in Belgium, not charged for delivery abroad).
